2020-21Central USD Return to School Plan

Welcome to Central Unified School District's School Re-Opening Page. Central Unified School District is committed to the health and safety of our students, staff, and the greater community. The school district closely monitors the guidance from both our local public health department (FCDPH) as well as the CDC in order to make reopening decisions during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Central Unified 2020 Holiday Joy Food Drive

Central Unified will kick off its annual food drive on Monday, November 9. Each school site will have a designated area with decorated Holiday Joy collection receptacles for donation drop-offs. We welcome your family’s participation! Non-expired, non-perishable foods are needed for food boxes, including canned meats, fruit, vegetables, soups, beans, peanut butter, as well as dry items such as pasta, boxed cereal, rice, and baking items like flour and sugar. Unfortunately, we cannot accept jars of baby food, but rice cereal is allowed. The Holiday Joy campaign will conclude on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. For information on monetary donations, go to
